The Agreement, as general terms and conditions, is applicable to all customers purchasing Graphisoft Forward.
Your digital acceptance of the Forward Agreement, available at https://forward.graphisoft.com, is required for activating your access to the services and benefits offered with Graphisoft Forward. Any delay in your acceptance of the Forward Agreement will result in a similar delay in your access to the services and benefits offered by Graphisoft Forward.
Graphisoft and its agents and assignees shall not be held liable and responsible for any such delay and no refund shall be due to you for the period between the start of the Initial Service Term of Graphisoft Forward, which is the date on which your respective sales order is confirmed to be fulfilled by Graphisoft, and the date of your activation of Graphisoft Forward by digitally accepting the Forward Agreement.
Your email address was provided to Graphisoft SE by your authorized Graphisoft Partner for the purpose of entering a contractual relationship with you (including the entity you represent). Accordingly, our authorized Graphisoft Partner was bound to inform you that to provide you with Graphisoft Forward services and benefits, Graphisoft SE shall become a joint data controller of your personal data. We process your email address and - if provided - your name and phone number, which are necessary for the performance of the contract (GDPR point b) Article 6(1)) if you are a natural person, or the legitimate interest of Graphisoft SE (GDPR point f) Article 6(1)) if your company enters into the Agreement.
