Archive Changes in Change Manager

Any transmitted Change can be optionally archived (for example, if your list of Changes is very long, and you have many transmitted Changes that are no longer relevant for the current Transmittal Set).

In Change Manager, select any transmitted Change(s) from the list and click the Archive Change button, or the context menu command.

Archived Changes, identified with this icon, are placed in their own folder in the Change Manager, which you can hide with the Show/Hide Archived Changes button.

The data of transmitted or Archived Changes can only be modified to a limited extent.
