Feedback on Layout Revisions

Important: This feedback is up to date only if the Drawing(s) on the Layout are up to date!

Blue Layouts

A Layout name is shown in blue if its current Revision has not been transmitted yet.

That is:

the Layout has never been transmitted before (it’s a new Layout), or

the Layout contains new Changes since its last Transmittal Set

Layout names can be listed in blue in the following locations:

the Navigator

the Transmittal History

the Add Layout dialog box

The blue Layout feedback can be particular useful in when you are adding Layouts to the current Transmittal Set.

See Add Layout to Current Transmittal Set.

See Revisions in the Publisher.

Blue Changes

A Change is listed in blue type in the Change Manager if this Change has not yet been transmitted on the currently active Layout. (The Layout window must be open for this feedback to be visible.)
