ARCHICAD User Feedback - Net Promoter Score Survey

We have introduced a new survey feature, so we can make ARCHICAD work even better for you.

We know your time is precious: our surveys are short and take just a minute or two.

The first survey is available now: the “Net Promoter Score” is a key metric that helps us to gauge your overall experience with ARCHICAD.

Start Survey from Action Center

To start the survey, go to the Action Center. (File > Info > Action Center)

The new “Feedback panel” indicates that a new survey is available. Just click to open and submit the survey directly from the Action Center.

Check for New Survey

At any time: check to see if a survey is available by clicking Check All Items in the Summary tab of the Action Center. (Show the Summary tab, then Check All Items)

Your feedback helps us to improve our products and meet your needs. From time to time, you will receive a friendly reminder about available surveys when you close your ARCHICAD project. You can either respond to the survey right then, or just close up and revisit the survey in the Action Center at a later time.
