Integrated Software Key Activation & Deactivation

In ARCHICAD 23, the automatic software key activation (formerly called Download) and the manual deactivation (formerly called Upload) workflow are completely integrated.

Automatic Software Key Activation (Download): At startup, if ARCHICAD doesn’t find the right software key locally or on the network, and the User is logged in to ARCHICAD with his GSID, then the program automatically downloads the right software key from the cloud which allows ARCHICAD to start running.

Manual Software Key Deactivation (Upload): The User can easily upload his software key back to the cloud straight from ARCHICAD (Help menu), without having to start ‘License Manager Tool’.
