Walk Mode (shortcut: e)

What You Can Do

“Walk” through the building and up the stairs

You can walk through doors, but not walls

Go to any element by double-clicking it

On-screen joystick available for Move

Enter/Exit Walk Mode

1.Open the 3D View.

2.Click the Walk icon, or press the e key.

3.To exit, click the Walk icon again or press the e key again.

Use the following shortcuts:

3D Navigation Shortcuts (Walk Mode)

Look around

Left mouse button, then drag

or
One-finger drag (on a touch screen)

or
Use joystick: Pull up to walk forward, down to walk backward, right/left to turn in place.

Move

Use Arrow Keys (up, down, left, right)
or
Type these letters on the keyboard:*

W - Forward

S - Backward

A - Left

D - Right

*On a French (AZERTY) keyboard, use Z Q S D

Move with Joystick (forward, backward, turn in place)

Push up to walk forward, Pull down to walk backward

Push right/left to turn in place

Look around (using Keyboard only)

Start moving with WASD keys, then combine with Arrow Keys (up, down, left, right) to look around.

After 3 seconds of inactivity, the arrow keys revert to the Move function.

Adjust Speed

Run: Shift

Lightspeed: Ctrl+Shift.

Go To/Go Through

Double-click any element to go there
or
Right-click any element and choose Go To
or
Right-click a Door and choose Go Through
