Add Views to Issue

Add any number of snapshot views to an Issue.

Views are typically related to the Issue’s elements, but Issues do not have to contain any elements. You can just create a new Issue, add one or more views, and mark them up if needed.

Create and Manage Views in Issue

1.Open Issue Manager.

2.Set up the view in any model window.

3.Click the Add new view icon.

4.Optionally, name the view.

5.Use the Settings pop-up to edit or redefine any selected view.

Use the Settings pop-up to manage any single selected view.

Redefine by Current View: Updates the list of visible elements, the camera position, the cutting planes, and the snapshot.

View Image: Opens the snapshot in a new tab

Markup Image: Open and edit the saved view in the default image editor (usually Paint or Preview)

Export/Import Image: Export or import the view in the chosen image format.

Note: When exporting an Issue in BCF format: if the Issue contains a Floor Plan view, it will generate a 3D axonometry top view, with cutting planes at the top and bottom level of the floor.
