Who can accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement?

By accepting the Graphisoft Forward Agreement, you claim that you are entitled to do so; consequently, you become fully responsible for entering into a contractual relationship with Graphisoft SE. If you are not entitled to accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement, please forward the invitation email to someone at your entity/company who is authorized to do so. That person should complete the process with his/her own Graphisoft ID account.

Why do I need to register a Graphisoft ID?

Graphisoft ID is your gateway to a great personal experience with all the products and services Graphisoft offers, including Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, Learn, Community, and Forward.

How much time do I have to accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement?

The Graphisoft Forward Service Term begins as soon as the purchase is completed in Graphisoft’s Ordering Systems, even if the Graphisoft Forward Agreement is not yet accepted. Acceptance of the Agreement is a precondition for activating Graphisoft Forward. Until such activation, you will have no access to the services and benefits offered in Graphisoft Forward. Therefore, we kindly ask you to accept the Agreement without delay.

Can I receive a refund for the time I cannot access Graphisoft Forward benefits, due to not accepting the Graphisoft Forward Agreement?

There shall be no refund in such circumstances. The Service Fee must be paid for the full period of the Graphisoft Forward Service Term, regardless of any delay in the acceptance of the Agreement.

How can I modify the data I provided when accepting the Graphisoft Forward Agreement?

Go to the Graphisoft Forward site (https://forward.graphisoft.com), sign in with your Graphisoft ID, and modify the data by clicking the “Update” button in the top right-hand corner. Modify the data as necessary, then click the “Update” button at the bottom of the form.

Notes:

Upon completing the update process, the user with the “Authorized to sign” role will receive a confirmation email to the address linked to his/her Graphisoft ID account. (For security reasons, the Graphisoft ID Company “Administrator” will also receive this email.)

You must be either a Graphisoft ID Company “Administrator” or a Graphisoft ID Company Member with the “Authorized to sign” role. If your account has neither of these rights, the Graphisoft Forward site displays an error message stating that the user does not have sufficient rights.

Can I come to the Graphisoft Forward site and accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement at any time?

You can accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement only if you click the link in the invitation email and sign in/ sign up with your Graphisoft ID. If you get lost or receive an error message, please restart the process in the invitation email. If you cannot locate that original email, please contact your Authorized Graphisoft Partner and request the invitation email to be resent.

What if my Graphisoft ID account is in a different Graphisoft ID Company?

If your Graphisoft ID account is not in the same Graphisoft ID Company as the one where the Graphisoft Forward Agreement must be accepted, you will receive an error message that you are not in the right Graphisoft ID Company.

Please leave your current Graphisoft ID Company and restart the process from the original invitation email.

What if my Graphisoft ID account is not a member of the Graphisoft ID Company?

If your Graphisoft ID account is not in the same Graphisoft ID Company as the one where the Graphisoft Forward Agreement must be accepted, your Graphisoft ID account will be automatically added to the Graphisoft ID Company, and you can finish the process of accepting the Graphisoft Forward Agreement.

What if there is no Graphisoft ID Company created yet?

If you or your colleagues have not created a Graphisoft ID Company yet, we will create one for you after you accept the Graphisoft Forward Agreement. As the only Graphisoft ID account connected to this Graphisoft ID Company, your Graphisoft ID account will become the Graphisoft ID Company “Administrator”. You can read more about the role here.
