Issue Organizer

Issue Organizer lists all the Issues in your Project.

Open Issue Organizer

Do one of the following:

You can also access Issue Organizer as a pop-up from the top of Issue Manager.

Set Preferred List View and Column Headers

Use the icons and pop-out at the top right of Issue Organizer:

In List view (default):

Choose the column headers you need

Click any column header to sort Issues based on that column.

Sort Issue List

Sort by Tag

1.Choose the left-side icon to sort the listed Issues by tags.

2.Click the settings pop-up to see the available Tags.

3.Define which tags to consider in listing the Issues, and in what order. (Here: by Status, and within that by Priority).

Sort by Thread

Choose the right-side icon to sort by thread.

Within the tree structure, you can drag Issues to manually rearrange the thread hierarchy (provided that you own the Issues you are dragging).

Open selected Issue (also via double-click) in Issue Manager

Rename selected Issue

Issue Tags: Define values for the project’s “Priority”, “Status” and “Type” Tags. (These values are global definitions, irrespective of current Issue selection)

Export/Import and Export to/Import from BIMcloud

Use these commands to export or import BCF files (version 1.0, 2.0 or 2.1)

Color Feedback from Issue Organizer

The format of listed Issues helps you keep track of the Issue you are working on.

Bold: This Issue has been imported via BCF, but you have not yet clicked on it.

Checkmark plus green highlight: An element from this Issue is currently selected.

Eye toggle: Show/hide elements/highlights, if the Issue is not currently open in Issue Manager:

For New elements: show or hide the elements

For Highlight/Modify/Delete elements: show or hide their highlight colors
