Accessing 3D Navigation Commands

The 3D Navigation commands are available only in the 3D Window.

Use Window > Toolbars > 3D Visualization

or Window > Toolbars > Simple 3D to display these toolbars as needed.

If the 3D window is active, the Quick Options Bar contains shortcuts to the Orbit and Explore commands.
