Introduction of Decimeters in Project Preferences/Working Units

Decimeter is now available as an option for length units in all places where length units can be specified:

•Working Units (Model Unit, Layout Unit), and

•Project Preferences: Dimensions (Linear/Radial/Level Dimensions, Elevation Dimensions, Door, Window and Skylight Dimensions, Sill Height Dimensions), Calculation Units & Rules (Length Unit).

Users can set 0 to 3 decimals for this unit option.
