To draw a single straight Line segment, choose the Line tool in the Toolbox and the Single Line geometry method in the Info Box.
The Line segment is defined by clicking at its two endpoints.
Note: This CAD-like drawing method is the default method for drawing segments in ARCHICAD, but you can change it in Options > Work Environment > Input Constraints & Guides.
