Add More SAF Materials to Mapping List (Export to SAF)

In the Material Mapping Panel of SAF Export Translator:

There are two ways to expand the browsable list of SAF Materials.

Import SAF Material List  from SAF File

This is the preferred method, because you can avoid typing errors.

1.Click SAF Materials.

2.Click the Import button.

3.Browse for an .xlsx (SAF) file exported for this purpose. (It contains the list of Cross-section profiles used by the receiving structural analytical program. By importing this SAF file here, its Materials are automatically added to the SAF Material list in ARCHICAD’s SAF Translator dialog.)

Add SAF Materials by Hand

1.Click SAF Materials.

2.Select a Material from the dropdown list (these are standard SAF Material types), then click OK,

Or:

3.Click Add

4.Enter the SAF Material name and Material type by hand.
