Here you can learn the method of putting the drawings on paper using ArchiCAD’s “Layout Book”. In the Layout Book view there are Layouts and Master Layouts. A Layout represents a sheet of paper that may hold one or more document views or drawings. A Master Layout defines layout sizes and a grid for placing drawings, and also contains items that appear on all the layouts associated with the Master Layout (for example an office stamp, or a legend). In this lesson you can discover first how to define the sheets of paper we are going to use, how to create some Master Layouts, another which will use a grid for placing several drawings on it and finally a layout for the renderings. You can see how to change the drawing scale in case the views are too big to fit onto an A0 size sheet.
