Subscriptions for Change Tracking

The Change Tracking feature is controlled by user-defined Subscriptions. Subscriptions can be flexibly set up using various criteria, selection and filtering methods. This way, the user can filter out non-relevant modifications.

For example, a user can track changes in individual 3D model elements, or changes in Project Data (Story Settings, Attributes).

Every time Teamwork changes are sent to the BIMcloud, the owner of the Subscription is notified of all element or project data changes that meet the criteria.

Subscriptions can be easily turned on/off, or imported/exported to other projects.

Subscription for changes in Project Data

Filter Element Changes by Parameter Type

When subscribing to 3D element changes: the set of tracked changes can be further refined by parameter type.

Filter Changes by Users

When subscribing to 3D elements changes or Project Data changes: the set of tracked changes can be further refined by User or Team. This way, notifications arrive only about changes made by a particular design team or individual.

Note: “Teams” are sets of users, such as a Team of Structural Engineers, created for the new “BIMcloud Project” containers on BIMcloud.
