Issue
When attempt to export users or roles from BIMcloud Basic, BIMcloud or BIMcloud as a Service, using Mozilla Firefox 84.0.1, the result is a .ZIP file instead of .BIMUsers or .BIMProject. This .ZIP file cannot be imported to another or same BIMcloud later.
Reason
Due to a regression issue of Mozilla Firefox 84.0.1, some file extensions are automatically replaced by the .ZIP extension.
Workaround
When file is downloaded, rename it to the corresponding file extension. See examples below:
Users
Rename Users.myBIMcloud.zip to Users.myBIMcloud.BIMUsers.
Roles
Rename Roles.myBIMcloud.zip to Roles.myBIMcloud.BIMRoles.
Once file extensions are replaced, exported users and roles can be imported again to BIMcloud.
