A Project Index that lists all the changes in a particular project. Use the Criteria and Fields parameters of Index Settings to list exactly the data you require.

Issue History

A Project Index that lists Layouts by Issue and by Revision, and can also include Changes for each. Note that the Issue History list will include all issued Layouts - even those which you may have deleted from the project since the issue.

Use the Criteria and Fields parameters of Index Settings to list exactly the data you require.

Transmittal Record

To create a Transmittal Record - that is, to list the contents of any given Issue - just adjust the Index criteria.

To narrow the index to list only the current Issue contents, use the Most Recent criterion for the Issue Date.
