Tolerances

The following is a description of the Tolerances tab page of the Custom Settings Panel of Door or Window Settings, from the INT ARCHICAD Library.

Use this tab page to set the side and upper tolerance values for the opening structure.

If Uniform Tolerances is checked (either on this tab page, or on the Nominal Size and Tolerances tab page), then you set a single tolerance value for all sides of the structure, and another value as the Upper Tolerance.

If you uncheck Uniform Tolerances, you can set varying tolerance values for the sides, (as for a complex-shaped opening whose sidelights have varying sill heights).
