OPEN BIM – Introduction to IFC Schemes

ArchiCAD 16 New Features – Open BIM
Introduction to IFC Schemes

A new IFC-related feature in ArchiCAD 16 is the ability to create so-called IFC Schemes.
An IFC Scheme is a collection of custom IFC Properties that you define and use in a Project for certain or all IFC element types. For example, you may want Walls to always have a certain custom IFC Property available or you may want all IFC element types to always have and use certain custom IFC Properties.
