Set starting and ending angle for extruded shells

A pair of settings that apply only to Extruded Shells are called Starting Angle and Ending Angle. In the Extrusion Properties panel of the Shell Settings Dialog we can see a diagram that shows these two angles. The two angles are called alpha and gamma in the diagram.
